PRO TIP

The 9th hole showcases some of the finest golf course design, featuring a challenging uphill layout accentuated by four strategically placed fairway bunkers—two on each side of the fairway. As you navigate the hole, clearing the bunkers on the right allows the hole to level out around 140 yards from the green, presenting an opportunity to set up your approach shot. When approaching the green, aim to favour the left side to avoid the two deep bunkers that guard the right side, which can complicate your recovery. The green itself is divided by a significant ridge in the centre, creating two distinct tiers. Additionally, be aware of the runoff areas at the front and back right of the green, which can pose challenges for long or misdirected shots. Precision and careful strategy are key to conquering this beautifully designed hole as you work toward a solid finish on the front nine.
