PRO TIP

The 8th hole stands as one of the toughest challenges on the course, primarily due to its significant length. After striking your tee shot, you’ll be rewarded with a view over the brow of the hill, revealing a green that is well-defended by a water hazard in front and surrounded by trees. The difficulty of the tee shot is compounded by the out-of-bounds area running down the right side of the hole, requiring accuracy and focus. For the longer hitters, the opportunity to reach the green in two lies in favouring the left side, which provides a better angle for your approach. As you make your way to the 2nd tee, take note of the pin position; the green slopes from back to front and features a bowl-like area at the front. Proper distance control is vital to navigate the slope and avoid challenging putts. This hole demands strategic thinking and precision, making it a true test of skill.
