Visitor Terms and Conditions for Golf Bookings

 - Full visitor green fee payment must be taken in advance to ensure that the tee time booking is secured.  

 - No credits or refunds will be given for cancelled or rescheduled bookings.

- Golf bookings can be moved without penalty with more than 4 hours’ notice.

- Bookings are non-refundable.

- Unpaid bookings will be deleted from the start sheet after 10 minutes.

- Pre-paid booking will be credited to an alternative date if the course is closed by The Wychwood Golf Club.
