Corporate & Society Group Bookings
The Wychwood welcomes visiting groups
We currently offer a range of comprehensively priced packages to suit most requirements, the prices range from £35 to £53 and all packages include catering.
'Golf only' bookings will be accepted, but we consider the packages to represent such excellent value and the better choice for a complete experience.
A minimum number of 12 people & a £50 retaining deposit will secure a booking.
If you have more 'refined' or unique requests, a conversation with our Administrator Sue, who deals with all group and corporate day bookings, will provide answers to all your questions.
Services & facilities we offer:
- For the larger group or corporate event, our dedicated staff members can
advise the organiser and / or administer the day, drawing upon the expertise
of our resident PGA Professional, who can provide a golf clinic if required
or simply assist and advise on competition format.
- Assistance with scorecard administration
- A fully stocked golf shop for those last minute accessories or prizes.
- Starters can be arranged if needed for large groups and with prior notice.
- Nearest the pin and longest drive markers can be arranged
- A presentation table will be made available upon request.
- We provide a 'half way house' offering on course refreshments for a hungry
or thirsty competitor, a well used and much appreciated facility.

Due to high demand and repeat bookings, availability during peak months can be limited therefore early enquiries are encouraged.
