Adam Souter PGA Professional
I am the Head Professional at the Wychwood Golf Club and I have been teaching for almost 15 years having started my career at Burford Golf Club.
In pursuit of this chosen career, I quickly recognized that my drive and enthusiasm was fuelled by seeing players develop their skills. Watching them progress and sharing their enjoyment of the game has driven me towards fulfilling a successful teaching career. During the golfing season I enjoy playing in the various Pro-Am tournaments around the B.B & O region whereby I can encourage club members to participate in these events with me.
Tom Field Assistant Professional
I joined the club in 2000 and turned professional in 2006.
As an assistant Professional I was able to participate in various BB+0 events throughout the season and involve as many members as I possibly could with me. I was fortunate enough to win our own pro-am event carding a 4 under 68 and also succeeded in achieving a notable 3rd place in the Assistants championship event at Drayton Park in September.
Seperately I have enjoyed involvement with many of the club members from various sections in respect of teaching and it's good to see many handicaps reduced as a result.
As far as 2009 is concerned I believe we will have a very enjoyable and successful season and look forward to working with as many members as possible to help you, where I can, gain as much enjoyment from the game as I do.
